We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover Card through our secure shopping cart. You may also pay through Paypal with a credit card, e-check, or your Paypal balance. If paying with e-check, allow extra time for your check to clear before your order is shipped. This generally takes 3-5 days for domestic orders, but may take longer on international orders.
Orders are generally processed and shipped within one day (excluding Sundays & holidays). We ship with USPS Priority Mail, which advertises 2-3 days for domestic shipping, or 6-10 days for international. We cannot guarantee these shipping times, as delays with USPS are out of our control. For overseas shipments, please allow at least two weeks for your order to arrive. Any customs charges are the responsibility of the customer. Delivery Confirmation is included on all shipments. Insurance is optional, but recommended.
Returns and exchanges are allowed within two weeks, but return authorization is required. Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted, and will be marked “Return to Sender”. For return authorization, simply email us with what you would like to return or exchange, and we will send you the return shipping information. The returned package must be postmarked within two weeks of your purchase date. If any part of your order is defective or damaged upon receipt, contact us within 48 hours.
Returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. We recommend shipping insurance, as we cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit. If you are exchanging an item, we will send an invoice with shipping charges, to be paid before your replacement is sent. In the case of returns, refunds will only be made to the account the item was purchased under. We do not refund shipping.
Returns and exchanges are not allowed on sale items that are marked “Final Clearance”.
