Q: I am having trouble subscribing to your newsletter.
A: We have had some trouble with that page, and are trying to get it fixed. If you are unable to join, send us a message with the subject line “subscribe” and we will add you manually until we get this problem fixed.
Q: How soon will you have new products in?
A: Check our home page for updates on upcoming styles. If we know an estimated arrival date for something, it will be posted there.
Q: Do you come out with a new line of clothing every season?
A: No, but we hope to in the not-too-distant future. At this point, we add a new style or two every couple months.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: We don’t have a catalog, but you can join our newsletter to be notifed of new products, sales, etc.
Q: What brand are your clothes?
A: Unless otherwise noted, all clothes are from our own tall maternity line, RG Maternity.
Q: How long are your inseams?
A: Inseams vary between 36-37″. We aim to have the inseams at least 36″ after washing/shrinking. So depending on the fabric, some pants start out at 36.5 or 37″.
Q: Can you tell me what size to order?
A: Our size charts are based on your maternity hip measurement. Since everyone gains their weight differently, it is impossible for us to guess whether you’ll carry wide in the hips, or more out front. Things to take into account are how you carried in previous pregnancies (or if this is your first, how relatives have carried), body style, and genetics. As a general rule, if you are inbetween sizes it is safest to order up.
Q: I have tried to call with a question, but I got your voicemail.
A: RG Maternity is a small family-run business. We work very sporadic hours, and we take calls when we can give you our full undivided attention. With three kids age four and under, it can get a little crazy around here. If we have a crying baby on our laps or a child tugging at our legs, it is easier to answer email than the phone. Of course you are still welcome to call. But you’re likely to get a faster response to email if you don’t catch us on the phone.
